Items are accepted for a 60 days.

After the 60 days, all unsold items must be claimed within 7 days. Unclaimed items will become property of Sea Again to be sold or donated. Pick up dates will be sent through email.

It is the sole responsibility of the consignor to remember the end of the contract and the pick up dates. Please give at least a 24 hour notice of your pick up to get your items ready. Items requested back must be picked up within 7 days. On the 8th day they will be donated.

Consignors receive 40% of items' selling price.

Checks are upon request only and need to be $50 or above. Balances below $50 can be used as store credit or will become eligible for payment once the balance exceeds $50.

Checks can be requested the month following the expiration of the contract.

Consignors may use accrued account balance as store credit. A purchase paid with store credit will receive a 20% off discount. A purchase paid with store credit will receive a 20% off discount for general merchandise and 10% off luxury items

Unclaimed store credit (AKA account balance) expires 12 months from the items' contractual expiration date.

Prices are determined by Sea Again and markdowns will be taken at the sole discretion of management.

All consignment items are left at Consignor's risk. Sea Again is not responsible for loss of items by fire, theft, negligent handling or any other cause.

In the event of business transfer of ownership, the terms of this contract automatically transfer to new ownership/ business entity.

A $3 buyer's fee is assessed to each item and paid for solely by the buyer.

A $1 processing fee will be deducted from your account's balance for each check printed.

$25 fee to reprint lost checks. It costs us $25 to cancel it.
